These terms govern bookings and services provided by Nuvo360, LLC ("Nuvo360," "we," "us") through nuvo360.com. By booking a shoot or using our services, you agree to the terms below.

Services

Nuvo360 provides professional photography, Matterport 3D virtual tours, drone photography and video, 2D & 3D floor plans, and related marketing assets for real estate, cruise line, and commercial clients. Specific deliverables, turnaround times, and pricing are as described on our service and booking pages, or as quoted directly for custom projects.

Booking, Scheduling & Payment

Bookings are confirmed once scheduled through our online booking portals or by direct arrangement with our team. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and photographer. Payment is due at booking or upon delivery, as arranged; we also offer "Pay-at-Close" for qualifying real estate teams. Cancellations or reschedules should be made with as much notice as possible so we can accommodate other clients — contact us directly to change or cancel an appointment.

Image & Tour Usage Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, photos, virtual tours, floor plans, and video delivered by Nuvo360 are licensed to the client for marketing and promotional use related to the property or project photographed — including MLS listings, websites, social media, and print materials. Nuvo360 retains ownership and copyright of the underlying images and tours, and may use them in our own portfolio, marketing, and website unless a client requests otherwise.

Property Access & Site Conditions

Clients are responsible for ensuring Nuvo360's team has safe, timely access to the property or vessel being photographed, and for disclosing any access restrictions, safety hazards, or scheduling constraints in advance. This is especially true for cruise-ship and commercial shoots, where access windows are often tightly scheduled around operations.

Limitation of Liability

Nuvo360 will perform services with reasonable skill and care, but is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
